Approach

We’ll use Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), a clinically proven approach that focuses on building skills for emotional management, distress tolerance, and relationship enhancement. Sessions will cover a range of strategies, including practical coping skills, emotional regulation and distress tolerance, self-understanding, interpersonal awareness.
